Refunds and Returns Policy

We are so confident you will love our products, in the unlikely event one of our products does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund within 30 days from date of purchase. It is importance to us to deal with your concerns quickly, efficiently and fairly - we will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair manner to all. 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect supplied goods
We will replace or reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty, incorrectly supplied or is in a damaged unusable condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our “Contact Us” page prior to returning the damaged goods.

Full refund

To be eligible for a full refund you need to request a return-form from us to fill out and send to us together with the products in your order. Once we receive your shipment we will process your full refund within 5 business days. Note that your bank may spend multiple days processing the transaction in addition to our processing days. We will refund you 100% of the amount you paid us in your order. We offer FREE returns, which means we don't charge any return fees to process your refund or exchange of goods. Postage to send the products to us is to be paid by the customer and does not form part of our free return policy, unless the item is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied by us.

Cancellation or Change of mind

If you need to cancel an order please contact us as quickly as possible, unfortunately once an order leaves our warehouse we are unable to cancel it - the same applies for change of mind.
Once orders are dispatch sales are final

Please contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ page, include your invoice number and let us know about the issue and why you would like to return your product.

Please note
To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:
- Refund payments will be made for the amount on the original purchase receipt
- Returned product must have at least 70% of the contents remaining

You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. Any goods returned to us will be at your expense, the exception is where we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item. In which we will cover the costs associated with having to return the item. This refund will not exceed our standard shipping fee for the item(s)
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

*Note to International Customers: Because duties and taxes are collected by the government in the country where the goods are received (and not by us), we do not reimburse for these expenses.
