Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We use ‘standard’ shipping within Australia.

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping can be between 5 and 12 business days (depending on your location). Shipping times may vary and Zuluz Skincare Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for shipping delays.

$15.00 to $22.00 standard delivery to most International locations.

Zuluz Skincare Pty Ltd cannot refund items if they are delivered after estimated arrival date as a result of uncontrollable shipping delays. Once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address. Please advise us asap if your address is incorrect and provide us with the correct information. Once your item is shipped unfortunately there is nothing further, we can do.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

If your item is delayed, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking details to open an investigation.

We use Australia Post and at other times different couriers – the choice of couriers is at the discretion of Zuluz Skincare Pty Ltd
